Milford Music Studio was started in 1990 by Michael Nunno and Bob Nunno.

Bob worked with Mike to get the store up and running, then Mike ran the store for the next 15 years.

The 2 enormous guitars that hung above the stores awning

were constructed in John Bruno Sr.’s garage by John Bruno, John Bruno II., Bob Nunno, Mike Nunno, and Chuck Czajkowski.

The store was purchased by John Bruno in 2005 and Route 1 Guitars, LLC. was born.
